More on those feet. . .

My, how time flies! But, hey, it has only been 4 months since I posted on this blog. Before that, it was 3 years. I've become quite speedy!

It is really clear that seldom is the focus spot of complaint the focus spot of origin. This is especially clear working with feet - the front of the foot pain often is because the back of the foot isn't moving properly. The tension on the heel and plantar fasciitis is often because the SI joints are not moving correctly, which is because the sacrum is stuck. (Did you know you can press on your own sacrum to release that and take the tension out of your heel?)

What is really cool is feeling the inside of the foot joints (like the area under the leg, above the heel, and behind the arch of the foot) release and start moving freely!
