Alignment through Internally Motivated Movement is a naturally body-wired, do-it-yourself, re-balancing 'exercise' you do at home. Dr. Rodgers uses AIMM in your care, and especially important, will teach you to how to use it at home to assist in your recover as well as to undo tension as it comes up in the future, helping you to avoid tension buildup getting out of control.
